Vanguard Public Affairs, a Lansing-based public affairs firm, announced today the promotion of Rachel Felice to Senior Communications Manager.
Felice was hired as the company’s Communications Manager in 2018 and has been an integral member of Vanguard’s elite team since.

During her tenure with Vanguard Public Affairs, Felice has lent her expertise to a wide array of clients, including Congressional and State Houses candidates, Michigan United, Immigration Hub and a range of labor clients. Additionally, Felice manages Vanguard’s social media platforms and oversees the company’s summer associate program.

Felice graduated from Central Michigan University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Public Relations. Felice is a metro Detroit native and has previously worked at Franco Public Relations in Detroit and has experience working with statewide political candidates.
